The company

Pools are the whole business.

Not a landscaping outfit with a pool division, not a franchise route with a truck wrap. One local crew that designs, builds, services and repairs pools in West Palm Beach — and does nothing else.

Why one company for all three trades.

Most pool problems in this town fall into the gap between companies. The builder finished last spring and doesn't do service. The service route notices the filter pressure creeping but doesn't do repairs. The repair outfit fixes the pump and has never seen your plumbing diagram. Every hand-off loses information, and the pool pays for it.

We run all three under one roof on purpose. The crew that shot your gunite knows why your equipment pad is plumbed the way it is. The tech on your Tuesday route can pull the build file when the salt cell misbehaves. The repair quote comes from people who'd rather fix the real cause than sell the visible symptom — because we'll be standing at that same pad next Tuesday either way.

Raised spa and pool at night with underwater lighting, built and maintained by West Palm Pool Co.

How we work

The standards, in plain terms.

Licensed, permitted, inspected. Pool contracting in Florida is state-licensed work under Chapter 489, and pool permits in this county come with sub-permits, a barrier affidavit and inspections. We work inside that system on every job — it exists because water and children share backyards, and we think it's a good system.

Built for this ground. High water table, porous limestone, salt air. Every shell we build is engineered against groundwater uplift, every excavation gets a dewatering plan, and every coastal equipment pad gets specced like it lives at sea — because it nearly does.

Written everything. Quotes are itemised, changes are priced before work continues, service stops are logged. If it matters, it's on paper — and you can hold us to paper.

Local, narrowly. West Palm Beach first — El Cid's historic courtyards, Flamingo Park bungalows, Northwood, SoSo's Intracoastal backyards — then Palm Beach, the Gardens, Lake Worth Beach and Wellington. Narrow range is the point: when the crew is twenty minutes away, schedules hold and callbacks happen the same week.

Talk to us about a build, a route slot or a repair — Mon–Fri 7:00–5:00.
