Licensed, permitted, inspected. Pool contracting in Florida is state-licensed work under Chapter 489, and pool permits in this county come with sub-permits, a barrier affidavit and inspections. We work inside that system on every job — it exists because water and children share backyards, and we think it's a good system.
Built for this ground. High water table, porous limestone, salt air. Every shell we build is engineered against groundwater uplift, every excavation gets a dewatering plan, and every coastal equipment pad gets specced like it lives at sea — because it nearly does.
Written everything. Quotes are itemised, changes are priced before work continues, service stops are logged. If it matters, it's on paper — and you can hold us to paper.
